• Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if it arrives damaged or defective. Items must be unused and in original packaging if applicable. Please contact us at contact@bilocrafts.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the item to start the process.
• Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or missing details), we are unable to offer a refund. However, we will contact you to arrange a new shipping of the returned product with the corrected information.
If we make an error with the shipping information, we will take full responsibility. In this case, we will either promptly dispatch the item with the correct details or offer a full refund if you prefer.
• Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
